Micah does not think this is fun. At all.
Complete chaos.
Apparently Derek sees a ghost.
"I will eat your ear."
Our big bunny.

We're starting to put the boys in the exersaucer, and they love it! They don't last too long in it yet, but we keep them in it until their necks get tired. Their heads (especially Micah's) are starting to get a little flat in the back, so we are trying to keep them off of their backs during the days now, which is really hard with triplets! You have to set two of them down most of the time, so this is a new challenge for us. They sit in their bumbos, play in their exersaucer, do tummy time, or we try to hold them and let them practice standing and sitting. It's gonna be a whole new kind of exhausting! But so exciting to see them developing so well!
Andrew...
Andrew is really alert when he looks at toys (his favorite is this little octopus hanging from his play mat). He can also grab rattles and toys really well!
Chunky little Micah....
Auntie Christy (Evan's sister) came to visit from WI! We LOVED it, and she got in a lot of snuggle time with the babies. (A, D, M)
Andrew and Derek fell asleep like this on the floor. They were so relaxed laying in the sunlight!
Derek...
Here they are after their doctor appointment today. They were so content in their car seats, so I just let them sleep in there for awhile. They've only been in their car seats about 3 times in their life: to come home from the hospital, and to go to a couple of dr. appointments. The doctor did say today that not as many illnesses are floating around anymore, so we might be able to start taking them out a little more!!
The babies are starting to notice each other more, it seems like. They look at each other more, and are more aware of each other when another one "talks" or cries. Here's Micah laughing and cooing at Andrew.
We had the babies' 4 month check up today. I honestly cannot believe we have made it this far without any sicknesses -- not even a cold the whole winter! That's truly a blessing. The boys are all doing really good!
Andrew weighs 14 lbs 1 oz and is in the 25th percentile (these %'s are based on the full term baby scale, not even the preemie scale!).
Micah weighs 16 lbs 1 oz and is in the 75th percentile.
Derek weighs 16 lbs 7 oz and is between the 75th and 90th percentile.
Every time we have a good check up, we just can't believe that the babies aren't on any medications, didn't come home on any monitors, etc. We were prepared for the worst, so to have the best case scenario is something we are totally humbled and amazed by. God has been so good!!
