So ever since we found out we were moving to Sioux falls at the end of June last year, our condo in Milwaukee has been on the market (9 months!). We switched realtors in December and seriously wondered when this thing was ever going to sell. We've been making a mortgage payment and a rent payment every month since we moved here, which has been a struggle! Anyway, the great news is that we finally sold our condo this weekend! We got an offer in on Sat. night and by Monday morning we had countered and the buyer had come back with another offer already that we accepted. We're SO relieved that it's finally gone!! Now we can start thinking about house shopping here! Thanks to everyone who was praying for us!

It was finally nice enough here to take Tyler out on his first walk! After work last night Evan and I put him in the stroller and walked around the neighborhood....it was SO great to get out with him!

Evan's sister Christy lives right next door to us, so we walk over to each others place and go on walks together all the time, which is so great! Christy is moving to Sheboygan, WI in a couple of weeks where her boyfriend lives, so we're SO sad to see her go, but excited for her to start this new phase of her life, too. Here she is playing with Tyler....we'll miss you SO much Auntie Christy!!
