We went to Grandpa Marv's and Grandma Carol's house a few weeks ago to make homemade applesauce! The boys loved turning the crank on the applesauce maker.

Derek....(some people prefer to make applesauce and do most things in life without their pants on).
As you can imagine, a few apples had to be thrown away because they got thrown across the room a few too many times....
Tyler...
Is there anything more fun than riding in the tractor with Grandpa?? NO WAY! It is probably the boys' favorite thing to do. They can all four get in there with him, and they all know where to sit. Here's Derek and Tyler crawling to their seats in the back window...

They also get to ride in the Scout when they come....they are just giddy when we tell the we get to go to the farm! :)
It definitely tires them out (which we love)....Micah fell asleep in their living room with everyone screaming right around him....
And the car ride home was pretty quiet....Derek....

We went to "Touch A Truck" night where the boys got to sit in all kinds of big trucks (snow plows, ambulances, fire trucks, etc). Little boys dream! Here's Micah in the firetruck.

Brotherly love...lately they've all been telling each other that "You are my best buddy." Sweetest thing ever.

One morning when Tyler was in school, I took the other three to the zoo together. They are so hilarious together and really get along so well. When it's all four boys together, Derek and Tyler definitely stick together and so do Andrew and Micah. When it's these three, though, they have a blast together.
Best Daddy Ever! We had a "surprise" birthday party for Evan a couple days before his birthday. I let the boys all pick out gifts to give to him and decorate the kitchen how they wanted. Derek gave Evan a bungee cord, Tyler gave a sheet of stickers from 1 to 100, Andrew gave him a bin of gumdrops, and Micah gave him a Vikings cup. So hilarious to see them pick out what they really think daddy would want!
One day at lunch they all were fighting over who got to sit on this side of the table. So they all did. Some battles are just not worth fighting, ya know?
I took the boys to my parents for a couple of days. Someone nearby has a horseshoe chestnut tree, and the boys thought they were so fun to peel open!
We went to a really cute pumpkin patch, and of course the boys begged to get the hugest pumpkin they could find.
