Exciting Day!

We had a really exciting day Tuesday! First of all, Tyler started walking! Well, we're not really sure when we should announce that he is walking, but yesterday was when he started taking over 10 (or so) steps by himself! He'll be 10 months old this week. It seems like he just started army crawling, and now he is walking all over our little apartment. He gets so proud of himself after he walks a long way without our help. He gets this huge smile on his face and starts laughing like he's pretty hot stuff. :)


Our other big news: We bought a house! We've been watching houses about ever since we have moved to Sioux Falls, and we were keeping our eye on this one. It's been on the market since February, and the owners dropped the price a second time, so we thought it was time to jump on it. We really love the floor plan in the house, and as soon as we walked in the first time, we just looked at each other like, "this could be it!" It just feels comfy. It's a ranch with garden view windows. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We hope to not move for a very long time. This is the house we hope to raise our family in!

The big covered deck is one of our favorite things! We've also met two of the neighbors already and they seem really great!
